Sugar Pine Doodle's lines are from Rutland Manors and Tegan Park, the original co-creators of the Australian Labradoodle. This means our lines have been tested, generation after generation, for genetic flaws. The years of DNA testing resulted in the finest breeding stock with excellent temperament, trainability, health, and non-shedding coats.

How would your doodle fit into your life? Does anyone in your family need a service or therapy doodle? Does anyone have allergies? Do you live alone and want an extra pair of ears for security reasons? Are you wondering if a doodle would be good for your family? Are you an avid runner and want to know if a doodle would be able to keep up? Do you want to know what kind of investment is involved in owning a doodle? Since most of your questions won't be so simple, we will give you honest input to help you decide. Adopting a pet is a huge commitment and having reliable information from a breeder, before making a deposit, is essential. Many of our families I've communicated with for 6 months or longer before they selected their puppy. On the other hand, some are ready much faster because they've been looking for the right breeder and finally found the one they connected with. We understand that adopting a puppy is very personal for you, well at least it's personal for us. So, we promise that if we don't think you are the right fit for one of our doodles we will let you know. For instance, we don't allow our doodles to ride in cargo on an airplane because it's so much more humane to put them on the flight in cabin with you or us. We don't want to place one of our babies in a home that everyone is gone over eight hours a day with no one there or in a home that wants their dog to sleep outside. We are looking for families that are adopting a new family member to live in their home, they want to love, spoil, and cherish. When our puppies are handed over to your care, becoming your puppy, we have to know it's the best possible home filled with unconditional love. It's really simple...isn't it?
One more thing, we try to keep some puppies until they are a little bit older for families that want an older puppy or we can hold a puppy a little longer for our families on vacation. We also rescue doodles. If you have a doodle that you can't care for or your struggling with for some reason please contact me before bringing it to a shelter or animal control. I have numerous families helping me rehabilitate and care for these doodles. We can always find a good home for a dog!
